a boy and other boys get in a plane crash. then they are stuck on an island and they have no adult so they run wild. the whole message in the book is that if kids are not given any rules they act like crazy animals. the main character is ralph he is the boy that is chosen to be the leader of the island. his opponent in the vote for the spot as leader was jack. eventually the whole group splits up and ralph is on one side with piggy a fat piece of poop. he is a big dork with glasses. the boys find out that with the glasses that they can make fire. so they all argue a whole bunch over the glasses. then jack and his whole gang of little hoodlums take the glasses and piggy has trouble seeing. finally the bad kids kill piggy. ralph believes his dad will rescue him but everyone knows that ralph's dad is a bum so he wont save them because he is a loser. now that sir pig has died sir ralph is all alone. now jack wants to kill him because he hates him and thinks he is a moron so he wants to kill him. the reason they are on the island is because they wanted to go on a vacation and they always wanted to be in the wild so they would have to poop on the ground and wipe their buttholes with poison ivy. that way they can have someone scratch it for them. in the end when jack tries to murder ralph. jack and all his buddies hunt him down like a wild arangatang. then they light the forest on fire and try to smoke ralph out. then all of a sudden jack yells to ralph come out now. i challenge to a dual. ralph comes out and says lets dance. before ralph has a chance to do anything jack takes out the heat and blasts him right in his head. then someone hears the gun shot and comes to the rescue. when they get there jack says while holding the gun in the air i didn't do it. then they all go home.
